How to make it

  • Brown ground beef in large pot over med heat. Drain off fat. Add onion, carrot, celery and garlic and saute for 10 minutes.
  • Add remaining ingredients except pasta and simmer for 1 hour.
  • Add the pasta to the soup. Simmer an additional 5 to 10 minutes and serve.
  • Grate fresh parmesan over individual bowls, serve with hot garlic bread and a green salad.
  • Fantastico!!
