I live in NH where there is a very large French-Canadian population. Creton (it's called Gorton here) is wonderful! You can find it in all the grocery stores. They have finally come up with a turkey version with about 1/3 of the calories of the pork version that tastes exactly the same. I love it on toast in the morning.
