Pumpkin Walnut Breakfast Bread

- 1/2 cup canola oil shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons molasses shopping list
- 3 large eggs shopping list
- 1 15-ounce can pure pumpkin shopping list
- 1/2 cuo buttermilk shopping list
- 2 3/4 cups all purpose flour shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves shopping list
- 1 cup medium chopped walnuts shopping list
How to make it
- Combine flour, salt, baking soda and spices and set aside
- With an electric mixer beat together oil, sugar, molasses and eggs until smooth
- Add the pumpkin and beat until well blended
- Alternately add the flour and butter until smooth
- Stir in chopped walnuts
- Pour into 2 oiled standard size bread pans
- Bake at 350 for 30-36 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean
- Cool completely before removing from pans
