How to make it

  • In a pot add the Mushrooms and bring to a boil
  • Drain the broth through a strainer and set the mushrooms aside.
  • Add the Turmeric, sea salt and the nutritional yeast to a pot and bring to a simmer. Add the rest of the ingredients except for the Jalapeño.
  • Cook for 2 hours on low heat stirring often.
  • Ladle into a bowl and garnish of minced Jalapeño or parsley
  • ** Note, when replacing chicken broth use herbs associated with chicken, for me I add some Sage or sometimes Rosemary
