  • 4 TBS> sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions
  1. Toast seeds in a dry skillet until they just begin to color,over low heat. Watch closly for the seeds will burn easily.Shake pan often.
  2. Remove from heat and put into a coffee grinder food processor or mortar,while still hot,and process to a fine powder.
  3. add salt and process a short time to let the salt pick up the sesame oil.
  4. makes 1/4 cup.
  5. NOTE: do not prepare more than this amount at one time, so the sesame salt stays fresh.
  6. In Korea this is kept on the table and used like we use salt. It is very good on about anything you put salt on.
