Japanese Tofu Hiyayako

- 1 small packet (about 200g) silken tofu shopping list
- soya sauce (mixed with some mirin - optional), to taste shopping list
- Fresh grated ginger (about 1 tsp; more if u like it spicy) shopping list
- Seaweed strips shopping list
- Bonito Flakes shopping list
- spring onions, chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Drain water from tofu packet and rinse tofu with water. Remove tofu and put in a fancy bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce (and mirin) and grated ginger together. Pour over tofu.
- Garnish with seaweed, bonito & spring onions.
- Serve.
