How to make it

  • Drain water from tofu packet and rinse tofu with water. Remove tofu and put in a fancy bowl.
  • In a small bowl, mix soy sauce (and mirin) and grated ginger together. Pour over tofu.
  • Garnish with seaweed, bonito & spring onions.
  • Serve.

    bluewaterandsand: sorry i didn't make it clear. it's a type of japanese dried fish flakes. sometimes used to make dashi (japanese soup stock). hope that clarified your question. :)
