Ingredients

How to make it

  • knead dough out with some flour...until it's nice an thin.
  • place doung on greased foil
  • spread apricot jam in a thin layer all over the dough
  • sprinkle shredded mozzerella (cover about 1/3 pizza surface)
  • sprinkle about 1/4 cup shredded pecorino
  • bake until cheese is brown and bubbly and dough is crispy
  • remove from oven and top with prociutto slices

    i don't eat meat (other than seafood) but i bet this would be good with veggie (soy) smoked "ham." it would still have that sweet/savoury thing. the apricot jam sure makes this sound interesting!
