I am really jealeous, morel season lasts 3-4 weeks here in the midwest. However, there are many kinds of wild mushrooms that grow here and can be found throughout the summer and fall. I have tons of Mushroom ID books. I have always enjoyed mushroom hunting. It is my way to relax
I really like this recipe because it lets the mushroom's flavor the sauce rather than visa versa.
