How to make it

  • - Toast bread if desired. Meanwhile, fry eggs to your liking.
  • -Slice Tomatoes. Coat bread with mayo.
  • -Place cheese on eggs and melt.
  • -Place egg on bread, top w/ tomato, add S&P, top w/ bread slice.
  • The Original ETC Sandwich is served on white bread, un-toasted, and the eggs are sunny-side up. It is messy but GREAT!

    LOL Sas. Enjoy. I can't wait till this weekend. I am going to have what may be my last ETC. for the season. I only make them w/ garden tomatoes, and we are getting a frost any day now! Maybe I'll go over to my Dad's house and make him one too.

    Never... never.. had anything like this.. Will tomorrow! Now me.. I like the eggs with runny yolks! This is our dinner tomorrow!
