Ingredients

-Eggs

-Tomato slices..in season is the best

-Cheese slices..Your favorite

-Bread...Your favorite

-Mayo

-S & P

Directions

- Toast bread if desired. Meanwhile, fry eggs to your liking.

-Slice Tomatoes. Coat bread with mayo.

-Place cheese on eggs and melt.

-Place egg on bread, top w/ tomato, add S&P, top w/ bread slice.

The Original ETC Sandwich is served on white bread, un-toasted, and the eggs are sunny-side up. It is messy but GREAT!

LOL Sas. Enjoy. I can't wait till this weekend. I am going to have what may be my last ETC. for the season. I only make them w/ garden tomatoes, and we are getting a frost any day now! Maybe I'll go over to my Dad's house and make him one too.
