Mango Chutney

- 6 ripe peeled chopped mangoes shopping list
- 3 cups sugar shopping list
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 cup dried currants shopping list
- 1/4 cup crystalized ginger chopped shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves minced shopping list
How to make it
- Place all in pot, stir and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
- Ladle into desired size sterlized jars and seal and cool.
- Makes about 4 cups.
