Quick And Easy Pork Chop Skillet Recipe

Ingredients

2 lbs pork chops 4-6

1 med yellow onion minced

2 cloves of fresh garlic minced

1 tsp dry rosemary leaves

1/4cup Kraft Balsamic VinegaretteSalad Dressing

1 16 oz can of Pear Halfs (Undrained)

3 tbs oil for frying

Ok Lets Cook !!!

Directions

Brown chops on med heat 5 min on each side remove from pan and set aside

add 3 tbsp of the vinegarette dressing to the pan onion garlic and the rosemary simmer for 5 min

Return chops to the skillet add the pears with the syrup and the remaining Vinegarette dressing

Simmer on med low heat 20 min

Spoon sauce over chops and serve over steamed white rice

try a green garden salad with this one
