New Orleans-style Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients

3 T. Worcestershire sauce

2 T. fresh lemon juice

1 T. butter, melted

2 t. chopped fresh rosemary

2 t. chopped garlic

1/2 t. dried thyme

1/2 t. Tabasco

1/4 t. freshly ground black pepper

1/4 t. ground red pepper

2 lbs. unpeeled, raw, large shrimp

2 lemons, sliced into 1/4" slices

4 t. butter, divided

Directions

Combine first 11 ingredients in large zip top bag; mix well. Marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 425.

Tear off 4 large squares of wide aluminum foil and place 1/4 of the shrimp in center of each. Split remaining marinade evenly among packets. Place a pat of butter on each, fold each packet tightly to seal and place on baking sheet.

Bake for 20 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes. Peel, eat and enjoy.
