How to make it

  • Combine first 11 ingredients in large zip top bag; mix well. Marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 425.
  • Tear off 4 large squares of wide aluminum foil and place 1/4 of the shrimp in center of each. Split remaining marinade evenly among packets. Place a pat of butter on each, fold each packet tightly to seal and place on baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes. Peel, eat and enjoy.
