Perhaps credit should be given for the recipe and picture that this was taken from. It's a famous food blogger that I have subscribed to for a while named "māʻona". It's an amazing blog and I believe Alan won a prize or two for this original recipe. And yes...it is fantastic...but it's māʻona's. He takes awesome photos!
