Peanut Pudding Dessert

- 1/2 c cold butter shopping list
- 1 c All Purpose flour shopping list
- 2/3 c chopped salted peanuts (or dry roasted if you prefer) shopping list
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1 c confectioner's sugar shopping list
- 1/3 c peanut butter shopping list
- 8 oz Cool Whip, thawed and divided shopping list
- 2 3/4 c cold milk shopping list
- 1 package, (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding shopping list
- 1 package, (3.9 oz) instant vanilla pudding shopping list
- chocolate curls, additional chopped peanuts for garnish if desired shopping list
How to make it
- In a bowl, cut butter into folour intil crumbly
- Stir in peanuts
- Press into ungreased 13x9 baking dish
- Bake at 350 for 16-20 minutes, until lightly browned
- Cool on wire rack
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, confectioner's sugar, and peanut butter until smooth.
- Fold in 1 1/2 c cool whip
- Carefully spread over crust
- In a bolw, whisk the milk and pudding mixes for 2 minutes
- Let stand 2 minutes or until soft set
- Carefully spread over cream cheese/peanut butter layer
- Top with remaining cool whip
- Garnish with chocolate curls and additional chopped peanuts if desired
- Chill at least 2 hours before serving
