How to make it

  • Mix Dry ingredients
  • Rub Tenderloins with dry ingredients
  • Pour Soy sauce over tenderloins in Med. bowl and let Marinate for 15 min. turning ocasionally
  • Meanwhile preheat grill to med/high heat
  • Grill 5 min. per side
  • Flip and baste with BBQ sauce an cook for 5 min.
  • Flip, baste other side with BBQ sauce and cook for 5 min.
  • Let rest under foil for a few min.
  • Serve whole or slice for sandwiches

    Nice recipe! I love turkey AND it is even good for you. Turkey doesn't have a tenderloin, what part do you use for the recipe ????
