The Sun Tea

I call this *slow brew in the Summer Sun*, it is delicious! *wink*
Ingredients
- 6 small orange pekoe and black tea bags shopping list
- 3 small Herbal tea bags shopping list
- 1/2 fresh lemon (optional) shopping list
- 1/2 fresh lime (optional) shopping list
- mint leaves (optional) shopping list
- honey, amount to taste (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Take either a 1/2 gallon or gallon jar fill with cold water.
- Hang tea bags over into jar and lemon, lime, Mint and place lid onto jar. Place outdoors into the sunlight.
- Allow to brew 5-6 hours.
- Remove the tea bags, fruit and mint then serve over ice.
- Sweeten with Honey if desired.

Great way to make Iced Tea. My personal favorites are to use 7 teabags of different herb teas, and allow to sit in sun for 7 hours. I've done this for over 20 years and have never made Iced Tea any other way.
