Chicken Fajita Marinade Recipe

How to make it

  • Mix all ingredients. Marinate boneless chicken breasts or your favorite steak for several hours or overnight. Grill outdoors, slice across grain and use for fajitas. Great for shrimp, too!

    I would like to try this with shrimp, I have a half bag of frozen uncooked shrimp and I will do marinade this tonight to put on the grill tomorrow. Thanks for the recipe!

    Interesting addition of teriyaki to sweeten up the marinade a touch. I am always looking for something "different" to do with marinades, and this one will do perfectly - thanks for sharing your wonderful recipes, crabhappy!
