Chicken Fajita Marinade Recipe
Very authentic-tasting fajita marinade. Not only is it great as a marinade for chicken breasts or steak for a fajita, it is one of our favorite marinades just to do for chicken on the grill.

Ingredients
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon teriyaki baste and glaze
  • 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic salt

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients. Marinate boneless chicken breasts or your favorite steak for several hours or overnight. Grill outdoors, slice across grain and use for fajitas. Great for shrimp, too!

Interesting addition of teriyaki to sweeten up the marinade a touch. I am always looking for something "different" to do with marinades, and this one will do perfectly - thanks for sharing your wonderful recipes, crabhappy!

I would like to try this with shrimp, I have a half bag of frozen uncooked shrimp and I will do marinade this tonight to put on the grill tomorrow. Thanks for the recipe!
