Frozen Pistachio Pie Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix pudding mix, ice cream and milk with mixer until smooth
  • Pour into pie crust
  • Freeze until firm
  • Top with cool whip
  • Sprinkle with chopped pistachios

    I served this last weekend at Sunday's dinner. We got together with my mom and grandfather...THEY LOVED IT! Grandpa's 90 and he doesn't eat a whole lot of anything anymore, but he begged me to leave the leftovers he enjoyed it that much. Thanks! ;D
