Quick and easy dessert for pistachio lovers

Ingredients
- 1 box instant pistachio pudding
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust ( I usually bake it per instructions)
- 1 small Cool whip
- Pistachios, chopped, for garnish
Directions
- Mix pudding mix, ice cream and milk with mixer until smooth
- Pour into pie crust
- Freeze until firm
- Top with cool whip
- Sprinkle with chopped pistachios

I served this last weekend at Sunday's dinner. We got together with my mom and grandfather...THEY LOVED IT! Grandpa's 90 and he doesn't eat a whole lot of anything anymore, but he begged me to leave the leftovers he enjoyed it that much. Thanks! ;D
