Italian Baked Peaches

- 4 ripe peaches peeled pitted and halved shopping list
- 4 ladyfingers coarsely crumbled shopping list
- 2 tablespoons chopped almonds shopping list
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract shopping list
- 1/4 cup white wine shopping list
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Place 6 of the ripe peach halves in a buttered oven to table dish.
- Puree remaining peach halves.
- Combine with ladyfingers, almonds, lemon peel and extract in a small bowl then mix thoroughly.
- Mound mixture into center of peach halves then drizzle with wine.
- Sprinkle with brown sugar then bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
