How to make it

  • Place 6 of the ripe peach halves in a buttered oven to table dish.
  • Puree remaining peach halves.
  • Combine with ladyfingers, almonds, lemon peel and extract in a small bowl then mix thoroughly.
  • Mound mixture into center of peach halves then drizzle with wine.
  • Sprinkle with brown sugar then bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
