Ingredients

6 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate

1 cup milk

3 egg whites

1 cup water

1/4 cup sugar

1 tsp. vanilla extract

8 ice cubes

Directions

Pour all ingredients, except ice cubes, in a blender.

Blend, adding ice cubes one at a time, until smooth.
