Ingredients

7 cucumbers, sliced thinly

3 large sweet onions, separated into rings

1 pepper, cut into thin strips. I used yellow

2 cups water

2 cups sugar

1 cup white vinegar

containers for the above

Directions

Mix the water, sugar & vinegar in a pot on med heat.

Stir syrup until sugar is completely dissolved.

Pour liquid over the packed cucumbers, pepper and onion; put lid on and let sit for 4 hours.

Then put into freezer. Remember to allow room in jars for expansion.

thaw completely to serve.
