Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix the water, sugar & vinegar in a pot on med heat.
  • Stir syrup until sugar is completely dissolved.
  • Pour liquid over the packed cucumbers, pepper and onion; put lid on and let sit for 4 hours.
  • Then put into freezer. Remember to allow room in jars for expansion.
  • thaw completely to serve.
