How to make it

  • Peal and chop the Garlic
  • Peel the shallots and leave whole
  • chop the kale.
  • In large pot add the oil and the garlic the kale and the shallots
  • cook for five minutes.
  • Add the spices.
  • Add the rice,add the wine and then the broth of your choice.
  • cover pot, raise the heat to a boil and lower to simmer .
  • Simmer for 15 minutes add the Halibut and the spicy chicken tenders.
  • ladle into bowls.
  • Serve with a glass of your favorite wine.

    I adore the creole flavors and the combo of halibut and chicken here. I'll be making this one for sure....perhaps this weekend when I can settle down and cook. It's been a busy week so far. Thanks for your recipes, dear Michael - you're making me hungry!

    If using chicken coat it with a sprinkling of salt and creole seasoning and cook it with the garlic and Kale
