Love this one, if your a cheesecake lover, give this one a try, love the combination of almond flavoring and Cherry Pie Filling, Enjoy

Ingredients
- Graham Cracker Crust
- 24 oz cream cheese
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon almond extract
- dash salt
- 1 pint sour cream
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Chocolate Shavings or Cherry Pie Filling
Directions
- Mix all ingredients, except crust, until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into crust and bake at 325 for 1 hour. Cool for 20 minutes.
- In small bowl Blend sour cream, 4 tablespoon sugar and vanilla. Spread over top of cooled cheesecake. Bake an additional 10 minutes.
- Cool overnight and sprinkle with chocolate shavings or cherry pie filling over top.

I was afraid to look and this one... But I did, sounds dreamy! Lucky for my rear end I only have 2 pkgs of cream cheese so this will have to be made and devoured at a later date!!! j
