Easy Pineapple Muffins Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
  • Place angel food cake mix in a large bowl.
  • Open pineapples and drain off about 1/4 cup juice.
  • Mix remaining pineapple and juice with cake mix.
  • Put in 24 paper-lined cups in muffin pan.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.

    I love this idea! But I do have a question. I tried making cupcakes with an angel food cake before, but they stuck so bad to the papers that they were breaking apart when I tried to take them out. What was supposed to be a low cal treat for me, ended up into a high cal trifle for my guys! Any suggestions?
