Ingredients
  • 3/4 c. buttermilk
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tbls. flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 9" pie crust

Directions
  1. preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. mix flour with sugar
  3. add slightly beaten egg and melted butter
  4. add buttermilk, almond and vanills extract
  5. mix well
  6. Pour into unbaked pie crust
  7. Bake at 400 d. for 12 minutes
  8. reduce heat to 325d. for 35 minutes
  9. serve at room temperature
