How to make it

  • preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • mix flour with sugar
  • add slightly beaten egg and melted butter
  • add buttermilk, almond and vanills extract
  • mix well
  • Pour into unbaked pie crust
  • Bake at 400 d. for 12 minutes
  • reduce heat to 325d. for 35 minutes
  • serve at room temperature
