How to make it

  • 1. Bring the milk to a boil,stirring constantly.
  • 2 .Combine the eggs, sugar,and cornstarch. add to the hot milk and cook, without boiling, until mixture is thickened, stirring constantly.
  • 3 .Remove from the heatand stir in rum. Pour into sherbet glasses and chill until set. Serve garnished with whipped cream.
