Rum Custard Pudding

- 2 cups milk shopping list
- 5 eggs, beaten shopping list
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch shopping list
- 1/4 cup dark rum shopping list
- whipped cream shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Bring the milk to a boil,stirring constantly.
- 2 .Combine the eggs, sugar,and cornstarch. add to the hot milk and cook, without boiling, until mixture is thickened, stirring constantly.
- 3 .Remove from the heatand stir in rum. Pour into sherbet glasses and chill until set. Serve garnished with whipped cream.
