These cookies have everything but the kitchen sink in them

Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter, softened
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbls. instant coffee dissolved in 1 tbls. water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Line cookie sheet with parchment paper
- In mixing bowl, cream butter with sugars until light and fluffy
- Beat in eggs, coffee and vanilla
- Sift flour, baking powder, and salt
- Add oats and coconut
- Stir into creamed mixture
- Fold in the chocolate, butterscotch chips chopped walnuts and pecans
- Mix well
- Spoon the mixture by rounded tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart, on baking sheets
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.

These sound wonderful. They have a Kitchen Sink cookie at Fresh Market that is wonderful and this recipe sounds about right for them.
