A creamy dressing for salad....This is really quick to make..

Ingredients
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 8 oz container sour cream
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 table dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions
  1. Whirl together all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Makes 1 1/2 cups
  3. 33 calories per 2 tablespoons
