Ingredients
  • Rosemary-Garlic Butter
  • 1/4 C butter, softened
  • 1 Tbl chopped fresh or 1 tsp dried, crushed rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp grated orange peel
  • 1/4 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Pork Chops
  • 4 pork chops, about 3/4 inch think
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions
  1. Rosemary-Garlic Butter
  2. In a small bowl combine all butter ingredients, blend well
  3. This can be made well ahead, rolled into a log, wrapped and chilled (wonderful if you're only cooking for two)
  4. When ready to use slice off the amount needed
  5. Grilling
  6. Heat grill to medium or medium high
  7. Brush both sides of chops with oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper
  8. Place chops on grill and cook 12 to 15 minutes or until no longer pink inside, turning once
  9. During last minute of cooking time, top each chop with 1/4 of rosemary-garlic butter
