Add items to your shopping list
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. Baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. grated carrots
- 1 c. walnuts, chopped
- 1 c. prunes, pitted, chopped, raisins may be substituted for prunes
- Frost with Lemon frosting or favorite Lemon Frosting:
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 lemon juiced and grated lemon rind
- (add more sugar or lemon juice to desired consistancy.)

1 1/2 c. flour shopping list
1 c. sugar shopping list
1 tsp. baking soda shopping list
1 tsp. baking powder shopping list
1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
2 eggs, beaten shopping list
3/4 oil shopping list
1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
1 c. grated carrots shopping list
1 c. walnuts, chopped shopping list
1 c. prunes, pitted, chopped, raisins may be substituted for prunes shopping list
Frost with lemon frosting or favorite lemon frosting: shopping list
2 cups powdered sugar shopping list
1 lemon juiced and grated lemon rind shopping list
(add more sugar or lemon juice to desired consistancy.) shopping list

How to make it

Mix dry ingredients with oil, vanilla and beaten eggs; stir in remaining ingredients. Bake in 9x13 pan in moderate oven, 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
After frosting cake decorate with fruit of choice or nuts or flowers... whatever!
