How to make it

  • In a lg. pan, heat the butter till frothy. Add the onions and cinnamon, and saute lightly. (about 3 minutes.)
  • When onions are soft, stir in garlic, ginger, turmeric, chili, and coriander, and saute over med. heat for one minute.
  • Add the chicken, and saute, stirring constantly until chicken turns white.
  • Add the almonds, tomatoes and paste. Mix thoroughly, and simmer for 20 -30 minutes.
  • Just before serving, add the yogurt and heat gently.
