THIS IS A SIMPLE RECIPE. ME AND MY NIECES MADE THEM FOR CHRISTMAS THIS YEAR EVERYONE LOVED THEM.

Ingredients
  • 1 CUP CONFECTIONERS' SUGAR
  • 1/2 CUP CREAMY PEANUT BUTTER
  • 3 TBSP BUTTER, SOFTENED
  • 1LB. WHITE CANDY COATING

Directions
  1. IN A MIXING BOWL, COMBINE SUGAR, PEANUT BUTTER AND BUTTER;
  2. MIX WELL
  3. SHAPE INTO 1IN. BALLS AND PLACE ON A WAXED PAPER-LINED COOKIE SHEET.
  4. CHILL FOR 30 MINUTES OR UNTIL FIRM.
  5. MEANWHILE, MELT THE WHITE COATING IN A DOUBLE BOILER OR MICROWAVE-SAFE BOWL.
  6. DIP BALLS AND PLACE ON WAXED PAPER TO HARDEN.
