How to make it

  • In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients.
  • Crumble beef over mixture; mix well. Shape into eight 3/4-inch-thick patties.
  • Grill the burgers, uncovered, over medium-hot heat for 3 minutes on each side.
  • Brush with soy sauce.
  • Continue grilling for 4 to 6 minutes or until juices run clear, basting and turning several times.
  • During the last 4 minutes, grill the pineapple slices until browned, turning once.
  • Serve burgers and pineapple on buns with lettuce if desired.

    Yum!! Love all the spices!! Sounds great for a cookout with friends when you don't want to do the traditional burger. This one is a keeper!!! :)

    OH, sounds great....I think I will make these into mini bite burgers without the bun and serve them on skewers to my son's clients today!! He wanted something unique for an appetizer. Then I can make the burgers from the rest!!!
