Brie Bread Bowl Dip

- 1 1/2 tsp chili powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ground mustard shopping list
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp sugar shopping list
- 1 round soft bread such as sourdough, Italian, French, 1 lb. shopping list
- 1 Tbs. butter shopping list
- 1, 8-oz wheel of brie cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Mix seasonings and set aside.
- Cut out a hollow from center of bread and remove bread center to make room for the Brie.
- Spread butter on the bread and sprinkle 2 tsp of the seasoning.
- With knife make 2 inch cuts at one inch intervals around the bread.
- Remove rind from Brie and place into bread.
- Sprinkle Brie with the remaining seasonings.
- Replace top of bread. Place on baking sheet and bake 350F about 30 minutes.
- To serve, remove top of bread and break into bite size pieces.
- Dip bread into the hot brie.
