How to make it

  • Mix seasonings and set aside.
  • Cut out a hollow from center of bread and remove bread center to make room for the Brie.
  • Spread butter on the bread and sprinkle 2 tsp of the seasoning.
  • With knife make 2 inch cuts at one inch intervals around the bread.
  • Remove rind from Brie and place into bread.
  • Sprinkle Brie with the remaining seasonings.
  • Replace top of bread. Place on baking sheet and bake 350F about 30 minutes.
  • To serve, remove top of bread and break into bite size pieces.
  • Dip bread into the hot brie.
