This is another great rub for meat.

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp. cumin
  • 1 tbsp. paprika
  • 1 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge. Rub liberally on meat to use.
