Ingredients

How to make it

  • In mixer bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and zest until smooth and creamy.
  • Set aside.
  • Using a paring knife or small melon baller, partly hollow out top of each strawberry to a depth of 3/4 inch.
  • Gently fill each with 1 tablespoon cream chese mixture.
  • Roll tops into graham cracker crumbs.
  • Arrange on serving platter.
  • *To prepare ahead of time, prepare strawberries, but wait until you serve them to roll in graham crumbs. Roll in crumbs right before you serve them.

Had to say thanks again! They were a huge hit! Suggestion for hollowing out the berries...I used a potato peeler (it has that tip that gores out eyes on potatoes). It worked really well!
