Crabmeat Cocktail Dip

This appetizer is soooo good spread on a buttery cracker. You can also use baby shrimp, but it's really best with crab meat

Drain crabmeat well and set aside
Mix well the cream cheese, mayo, lemon juice and onion
Spread on dinner plate/platter
Spread cocktail sauce over cream cheese mixture
Sprinkle crabmeat over cocktail sauce
Although you can "dip" the crackers, it's good to have a knife to spread the dip on the crackers
Chill well before serving
