This appetizer is soooo good spread on a buttery cracker. You can also use baby shrimp, but it's really best with crab meat

Ingredients
  • 2 8 oz packages cream cheese, softened to room temp
  • 2 T. mayo
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 1 bottle cocktail sauce
  • 1-2 cans crabmeat

Directions
  1. Drain crabmeat well and set aside
  2. Mix well the cream cheese, mayo, lemon juice and onion
  3. Spread on dinner plate/platter
  4. Spread cocktail sauce over cream cheese mixture
  5. Sprinkle crabmeat over cocktail sauce
  6. Although you can "dip" the crackers, it's good to have a knife to spread the dip on the crackers
  7. Chill well before serving
