A family favorite since the 70's...and now the children are serving it to their families. Easy to prepare and is a great make-ahead dish.

Ingredients
  • 2 to 3 cups cooked chicken, cut in bite size pieces
  • 1 cup uncooked spaghetti, broken into pieces
  • 1/4 c pimento, diced
  • 1/4 c green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 c onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c dry wine (optional)
  • 2 c sharp cheese, grated
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Cook spaghetti and drain.
  3. Mix together all ingredients except for 1 cup of cheese.
  4. Put into a greased 3 quart casserole and bake for 45 min.
  5. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and cook an additional 15 minutes.
