Mediterranean Chicken Marinade

Created this one when my garden was over run with basil. Nothing like Cookie's basil in SC though.....her's becomes a 3 foot high, 3 foot wide dense shrub down there in God's country. Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh basil leaves shopping list
- 2 large garlic cloves shopping list
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced shopping list
- 1/4 cup olive oil shopping list
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon pepper shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes shopping list
How to make it
- Place all ingredients in food processor & whirl until emulsified.
- Marinate 4-6 chicken breasts or seafood for several hours & grill.
