  • owl or loon

Directions
  1. Take feathers from owl. Clean owl and put in cooking pot. Have lots of water in pot. Add salt to taste.
  2. Take off feathers and clean the loon. Wash and put into cooking pot with plenty of water. Add salt to taste. Do not make the loon soup.

Why? Why eat sheep heads? Fish sauce anyone? Why eat deep fried insects? good questions. Perhaps there is no answer... maybe the recipe for "soured seal liver" would make anyone ask... why? Would you like that one posted as well?
