Easy Chicken Cheese Melts

- 2 cans (5 oz each) white chicken, drained shopping list
- 2 cups (8 oz) shredded cheddar cheese - I use pre-shredded (bag) shopping list
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped - I don't use quite that much shopping list
- 1/4 cup green onion, chopped - better flavor than regular onion shopping list
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- 1/4 tsp onion powder shopping list
- 1/8 tsp dry mustard shopping list
- 6 English muffins, split shopping list
How to make it
- Heat the oven to 375. Mix all ingredients, except the English muffins.
- Top each muffin half with 1/4 cup of the chicken mixture.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until heated and cheese is melted.
