Vegan Yummy Chickpea Tomato Cucumber Salad

- 16 oz. (or larger) can of chickpeas shopping list
- 1 lg. or 2 c. grape tomatoes shopping list
- seedless cucumber shopping list
- 2 scallions shopping list
- fresh basil shopping list
- Baby organic greens, romaine or whatever you like shopping list
- Balamic vinegar shopping list
- extra virgin olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Drain & rinse chickpeas
- Wash & slice tomatoes
- Peel & slice cucumber
- Wash & slice cukes
- Wash & chiffonade basil
- Wash & drain greens
- Add all veggies to lg. salad bowl.
- Add vinegar & olive oil to taste with ground pepper.
- Enjoy!
