How to make it

  • Mix all ingredients well. Pour into unbaked pie shell
  • Bake 1 hour at 350------------------------------------
  • NOTE: Can bake pie shell 5-6 minutes at 400 degrees to seal bottom
  • Prick lightly on bottom seal edges with foil to prevent burning while doing this

    Cream pies are still my favorite - always reminds me of my grandmother and the wonderful, flaky, warm cream pies she would have waiting when I came to visit...truly a favorite!
