Peppercorn Beef Roast In The Crockpot Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 pound beef roast trimmed
  • 2 bottles beer
  • 1 bottle dark beer
  • 4 teaspoons whole black peppercorns

Directions
  1. Brown roast on all sides.
  2. Season liberally with salt and pepper then place in crock pot.
  3. Pour beer and peppercorns over roast and cook on high for 1 hour.
  4. Reduce heat to low and cook 8 hours.
  5. Serve over pasta.
