Peppercorn Beef Roast In The Crockpot

- 3 pound beef roast trimmed shopping list
- 2 bottles beer shopping list
- 1 bottle dark beer shopping list
- 4 teaspoons whole black peppercorns shopping list
How to make it
- Brown roast on all sides.
- Season liberally with salt and pepper then place in crock pot.
- Pour beer and peppercorns over roast and cook on high for 1 hour.
- Reduce heat to low and cook 8 hours.
- Serve over pasta.
