Mountain Dew Dumplings Recipe

Mountain Dew Dumplings Recipe
I got this recipe from NancysKitchen. I do not remember which member there posted it as I got it probably back in 2005 and did not write down the person's name.. It is a very sweet syrupy concoction and in my opinion....It is very very tasty.

I have a friend who mixes Mountain Dew with Crown Royal (what a waste), but this looks like it might work. I'm going to try it today.

I did it. this is fantastic! I tweaked it just a little and added some nutmeg and increased the sugar mixture about 1/4 and sprinkled it over the crescent dough. This is a killer recipe. Don't laugh at the mountain dew. this is a keeper. Put some vanilla ice cream on top and you have a winner. WOW!

This is outtathisworld !!!! My sister made some for us when she was here visiting and we ate every one of them ! Simply, they are TOO DIE FOR !

A very tasty recipe. Now I have a whole lot of jell left over in the bottom of the baking sheet. What should I do with it?

I'm thinking that the next time I make this, I'll cut the butter and sugar in half, it should still be plenty sweet and buttery.

It is not my intention to accuse you of copying someone elses recipe. Just wanted you to know it is posted elsewhere before your date of posting. This post is edited to remove the perceived inflamatory comment.

Indeed it is a very sweet and tasty dish. I will still lighten it up next time I make it. It's been several hours since consumtion and I'm still having that thick buttery taste in my mouth.

Well I still love it Sweetie.

I LOVE this recipe! I just have to make sure I am missing an ingredient now and then, it's so good that I eat it constantly. Thanks for the recipe. Oh, now I really did it...I clicked the wrong fork! They won't let me change it! I meant 5!!!!!

I made this two days ago...Huge Hit with the family! Thank you. I don't think it matters if there are duplicate recipes on this site. Just the fact that wonderful, generous cooks take the time to share their recipes is what's important. Thanks again for sharing #5
