This is really yummy it makes your house smell sooo good as you are baking it. IT is quick and easy. I also take a few Roma tomatoes, carve some of the inside out and put some of the yogurt and crumbs inside and let it cook with the chicken.

Ingredients
  • My friend gave me this recipe. It is low fat and tastes delicious, the whole house smells great when it is baking.
  • 4 boned, skinned chicken breasts
  • 1/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tbls. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions
  1. -Arrange chicken in single layer in baking dish
  2. -Combine yogurt, basil, and cornstarch. Mix well and spread over chicken.
  3. -Combine bread crumbs with Parmesan and sprinkle over chicken.
  4. -Bake chicken in 375 degree oven for 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink inside
