How to make it

  • Combine cheeses and sour cream until well blended,
  • Add green onions and walnuts and parsley.
  • Keep grinding in the black pepper.
  • You want a lot of it here.
  • This mixture should be stiff and not runny.
  • Allow to mellow in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
  • Serve with sliced toasted French bread or something as sturdy and crispy yet not strongly flavored like a Melba toast

    I'll try this one even though I'm not sure there's a real "pesto" (olive oil, basil, etc.) in this recipe...interesting title.
