Bleu Pesto Spread

- 4 oz. Package of blue cheese, room temperature shopping list
- 8 oz. Package of light cream cheese, room temperature shopping list
- ½ cup of light sour cream shopping list
- 1 bunch of green onions, slivered diagonally, tops included shopping list
- 1 bunch of parsley, chopped fine shopping list
- 6 oz. Of coarsely chopped toasted walnuts shopping list
- Lots of freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Combine cheeses and sour cream until well blended,
- Add green onions and walnuts and parsley.
- Keep grinding in the black pepper.
- You want a lot of it here.
- This mixture should be stiff and not runny.
- Allow to mellow in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
- Serve with sliced toasted French bread or something as sturdy and crispy yet not strongly flavored like a Melba toast
