Rum And Cranberry Cheesecake

- For the Crust: shopping list
- 1 cup old fashioned or quick oats, uncooked shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts shopping list
- 3 tablespoons packed brown sugar shopping list
- 3 tablespoons margarine melted shopping list
- For the Cheesecake: shopping list
- 2-8 oz packages cream cheese shopping list
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 1/4cup flour shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
- 3 tablespoons rum shopping list
- 2 tablespoons margarine shopping list
- 1/3 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1/3 cups dry cranberries shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts shopping list
- 21 tablespoons old fashioned or quick oats, uncooked. shopping list
How to make it
- For the Crust:
- Combine oats, nuts, brown sugar and margarine, press onto bottom of 9 inch springform pan, bake at 350f. for 15 min.
- For the Cheesecake:
- Combine cream cheese, granulate sugar and 2 tablespoons flour, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended.
- Add eggs one at the time, mixing well after each addition.
- Blend in sour cream and rum, mix well,.
- Pour over crust.
- Cut margarine into combined remaining flour and brown sugar until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in dry cranberries, nuts, and oats.
- Sprinkle over cream cheese mixture.
- Bake at 350 F. for 50 minutes.
