How to make it

  • Whisk together first 6 ingredients.
  • Pour marinade into a large zip top baggie.
  • Add chicken to the bag.
  • Lay flat in refrigerator to mariade for one hour. (Longer if you want)
  • Place chicken in baking dish or on foil lined tray.
  • Pour marinade over chicken.
  • Broil 5 mins each side or until cooked through.

    I do this on the grill (with rosemary, and without garlic, cause it burns). Good, isn't it?
