Jalapeno Poppers on the grill

A great appetizer for guest and it's all done on the grill. These have the best flavor, especially if you allow them to smoke for a bit
Ingredients
- jalapeno peppers shopping list
- 1 lb. cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1 lb. ground beef (browned) shopping list
- taco seasoning package shopping list
- bacon shopping list
- tootpicks shopping list
How to make it
- Wash and cut peppers lengthwise, scoop out seeds
- Brown ground beef, then stir in taco seasoning
- Drain meat and put in bowl
- Stir in cream cheese.
- Stuff each pepper half with mixture and wrap in bacon and
- secure with toothpick
- Cook on indirect-medium heat for approx. 30 minutes. If you
- like bacon more crisp, continue to cook another 15 minutes,
- watch closely and turn frequently to prevent burning
