A great appetizer for guest and it's all done on the grill. These have the best flavor, especially if you allow them to smoke for a bit

Ingredients
  • Jalapeno Peppers
  • 1 lb. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 lb. ground beef (browned)
  • Taco seasoning package
  • Bacon
  • tootpicks

Directions
  1. Wash and cut peppers lengthwise, scoop out seeds
  2. Brown ground beef, then stir in taco seasoning
  3. Drain meat and put in bowl
  4. Stir in cream cheese.
  5. Stuff each pepper half with mixture and wrap in bacon and
  6. secure with toothpick
  7. Cook on indirect-medium heat for approx. 30 minutes. If you
  8. like bacon more crisp, continue to cook another 15 minutes,
  9. watch closely and turn frequently to prevent burning
  10. ENJOY
